
Become an Event Vendor
We are looking for vendors to attend our 3rd Annual Fall Festival & Arthur Conway Memorial Car Show on Sat. October 4th, 2025!
If you own a local business or foundation, sell local artisan or handmade products, or are a food or drink vendor, we'd love for you to join us!
We anticipate hosting over 1,500 attendees, so this is a great opportunity to spread the word about your business and make solid
connections with the community!
Please keep in mind:

Space is limited! Applying here does not guarantee a spot until confirmation from our team has been sent.

Vendors must be available to attend to their table at all times.

Vendors must provide their own tent, table, coverings, chairs, display materials, etc. There is no electricity provided.

There is a $50 non-refundable fee per 10'x12’ space. This covers parking for 1 vehicle. We do not refund fees in the case of cancellation for extreme weather.

This outdoor event is (light) rain or shine. Rain date Sat. October 18th.
