Become an Event Vendor

We are looking for vendors to attend our 3rd Annual Fall Festival & Arthur Conway Memorial Car Show on Sat. October 4th, 2025!

If you own a local business or foundation, sell local artisan or handmade products, or are a food or drink vendor, we'd love for you to join us!

We anticipate hosting over 1,500 attendees, so this is a great opportunity to spread the word about your business and make solid

connections with the community!

Please keep in mind:

 

  • Space is limited! Applying here does not guarantee a spot until confirmation from our team has been sent.

  • Vendors must be available to attend to their table at all times.

  • Vendors must provide their own tent, table, coverings, chairs, display materials, etc. There is no electricity provided.

  • There is a $50 non-refundable fee per 10'x12’ space. This covers parking for 1 vehicle. We do not refund fees in the case of cancellation for extreme weather.

  • This outdoor event is (light) rain or shine. Rain date Sat. October 18th.
